 I studied fine art at the Solent University, Southampton graduating in 1994.  since then my employment has been in both Highway construction and the arts. I see myself predominantly as a figurative sculptor although, often combine other concepts and styles with my ideas I like to explore unusual possibilities with materials and everyday domestic objects.

I have worked in the construction and civil engineering industry since leaving school in 1977. The practical nature of my employment background has a direct influence on many of the sculptures that I produce.
